Ltd" (India) has the right to advertise and give necessary information about Russian State Higher Educational Institutions and their studying system by means of mass media , inform foreign students about admission process and fees , participate in educational exhibitions and seminars , assist foreign students in preparing documents required for visa issuance , to act as a legal representative at Russian embassies and other state establishments, give aid till student's arrival to the Russian Federation.
